Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 29, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Diguz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Diguz provides a platform that allows users to launch, access, and use open-source software tools hosted on cloud infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using Diguz, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to create accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service, circumventing limits, or impersonating others.
3. The Service
Diguz provides on-demand cloud instances of open-source tools. When you click "Run Now", we provision a temporary container on third-party cloud infrastructure (Railway) running the tool you selected. That container is torn down when you stop the session or when your session budget runs out.
We do not guarantee availability of any specific tool at any time. Tools may be removed from the catalog without notice if they are found to be broken, insecure, or no longer maintained.
Session duration, performance, and uptime are subject to the availability of our underlying infrastructure providers. We do not offer uptime SLAs on the free plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Diguz to:
- Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law
- Host, store, or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure
- Mine cryptocurrency or use sessions for high-compute batch processing unrelated to the tool's intended purpose
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform (note: the tools themselves are open-source)
- Use automated scripts to create sessions or circumvent usage limits
- Resell access to sessions without prior written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
5. Your Content — We Claim Nothing
Diguz is a container hosting platform. We provide the infrastructure to run open-source tools. We do not own, and make no claim to, anything you create, produce, build, or store during a session.
All work, data, configurations, outputs, and intellectual property you create while using a tool belong entirely to you. Diguz has no license to, and no interest in, your content whatsoever.
We are infrastructure only. Think of us like a power outlet — we supply the environment for the tool to run. What you do with that tool is entirely yours. We do not monitor the contents of your sessions, we do not read your data, and we do not use anything you create for any purpose.
The open-source tools themselves are governed by their own respective open-source licenses (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL). Your use of those tools is subject to their individual licenses, which you can review on their GitHub pages. Diguz is not a party to those licenses.
6. Data and Sessions
Each tool session runs in an isolated container. Data you create within a session (files, configurations, database entries) exists only within that container and is permanently deleted when the session ends.
You are solely responsible for saving any work you create during a session before stopping it. Diguz is not responsible for data loss due to session expiration, budget exhaustion, or infrastructure failures.
Do not use Diguz sessions to store sensitive personal data, passwords, financial information, or any data subject to regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA or GDPR. Sessions are ephemeral and not designed for persistent data storage.
7. Billing and Payments
The free plan provides 1 credit per day at no charge. 1 credit equals one hour of session time. Paid plans are billed monthly at the rates listed on our Pricing page.
Credits are consumed while a session is actively running at a rate of 1 credit per hour. If you are running multiple sessions simultaneously, each session consumes credits independently. Daily free credits reset every 24 hours and do not carry over. Paid credits do not expire while your subscription is active.
When your credits are exhausted, running sessions are automatically stopped and new sessions cannot be started until your credits reset or you upgrade your plan.
All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are added at checkout where required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Diguz relies on third-party services to operate, including Railway (container infrastructure), Supabase (database and authentication), and GitHub (OAuth sign-in). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party service providers.
9. Intellectual Property
The Diguz platform, brand, and website are proprietary to us. The open-source tools available through Diguz are the intellectual property of their respective authors and are governed by their individual open-source licenses.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or brand in any way without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or tools available through the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diguz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
14. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please email us at support@diguz.com or use the Report feature on any tool page.
