These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DIGUZ app and website. By using DIGUZ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use DIGUZ in your country.

Buying courses

• Courses are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription.
• Once purchased, a course stays available in your library.
• Prices are set by creators and shown before you buy. Taxes may apply.
• Refunds are handled according to the policy of the app store you purchased through.

Creating & selling courses

• You keep ownership of the content you create and grant DIGUZ a license to host and deliver it.
• You must have the rights to everything you upload, including video, music, and images.
• You set your course price. DIGUZ pays out your earnings, less applicable fees, on a regular schedule.
• Content must follow our community guidelines and may be removed if it violates them or the law.

Acceptable use

Don't use DIGUZ to post illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, to harass others, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

Content & intellectual property

The DIGUZ app, brand, and design are owned by DIGUZ. Creators' course content belongs to the creators. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute purchased courses.

Disclaimers

DIGUZ is provided "as is." Course content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. We don't guarantee specific outcomes from any course.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do, and continued use of DIGUZ means you accept the changes.
